To get the most out of your Swiss ball, it's important to pump it up correctly.You'll need a pump (ref: 8214626, or 8490986) and a tape measure to check the ball's diameter.The size 3 ball should be no more than 75 cm across.To check that the ball is correctly inflated, sit on it: your knees and hips should be level.If they aren't, inflate the ball more or deflate it a little!
