How to measure:

Chest:Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and snug under your arms

Neck:Wrap the tape around the base of your neck where a collar would sit - don't pull too tight.

Sleeve:With your arm relaxed at your side, measure from the center back of your neck over the shoulder and down to your wrist.
