All packages leave from this location. We do not use third-party fulfillment centers or drop-shipping arrangements.

Order Preparation Time

Once we receive your order and payment confirmation, our staff begins gathering your items. This preparation phase takes 48 hours.

Here is what happens during preparation:

  • Staff locate each item in our warehouse
  • Products are checked against your order for accuracy
  • Each item is inspected for any quality issues
  • Items are carefully placed in shipping boxes or envelopes
  • Padding and protective materials are added as needed
  • The package is sealed and weighed
  • A shipping label is created and attached
  • The package is moved to our outbound area for carrier pickup

Preparation days are business days only. Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays do not count toward the 48 hours estimate.

Shipping Time

After your package is picked up by the carrier, the shipping time begins. Most customers receive their order within 3-5 businessday after pickup.

Shipping time varies based on several factors:

  • How far you live from our warehouse
  • The shipping method selected at checkout
  • Current volume at the carrier’s sorting centers
  • Weather conditions along the delivery route
  • Whether the address is residential or commercial

The 3-5 businessday estimate applies to the continental delivery area. Remote or rural locations may require additional time.

To know when to expect your order, use this simple formula:

Step 1: Allow 48 hours for us to prepare your order

Step 2: Allow 3-5 businessday for the carrier to deliver

Total: 48 hours + 3-5 businessday from your order date

Some orders prepare faster than the estimated time. If that happens, your delivery will arrive earlier than the total estimate above.

Tracking Your Order

Once the carrier scans your package at our facility, we will send you tracking information. This usually happens at the end of the 48 hours preparation window.

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to show activity in the carrier’s system. If your tracking number shows no updates after two full days, please contact us.

What Can Cause Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimates, some things are outside our control:

  • Blizzards, hurricanes, floods, or other severe weather
  • Major holidays when carriers are closed or overwhelmed
  • Incorrect shipping address entered during checkout
  • Carrier misrouting or scanning errors
  • Delivery attempted when no one was home
  • Package held at customs for international orders
