Its cut to be loose enough that you wont be restricted in your movements and manoeuvres.Choose your usual size and wear your fleece over a t-shirt or polo shirt and under a jacket.

What is a fabrics breathability and the RET index that measures it?

The breathability of your fleece corresponds to its ability to let perspiration generated by the body escape. Its measured by its Resistance to Evaporative Transfer (ISO11092 standard). The RET is a resistance index; the lower the value, the greater the breathability of the fabric. RET between 6 and 9: extremely breathable, between 10 and 13: very breathable, between 14 and 17: breathable, between 18 and 20: not very breathable, over 20: not breathable. Fleece RET 100 < 12

The advantage of the fleece

The aim of the fleece component is to trap the air thanks to the volume created by its texture; this air keeps the body warm through its natural insulating potential. It is the brushed quality of the knitted fabric that allows air to be trapped. This fabric provides comfort and warmth.This fabric has been laboratory tested for a comfort temperature ranging from 7C to 10C. The wind can make you feel colder, so dont hesitate to add a waterproof wind-proof jacket if needed.
